HOW TO ENTER THE CAMPAIGN 1

Sign up for the TunesGo Referral Campaign by clicking “Enter Now” and signing in via the Wondershare Passport or through a social media account (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Google+).
Once you sign in through the Wondershare Passport, you will be provided a customized link that you can use to share with your friends/family. If you choose to sign in through one of your social media channels, you can select the channel of your choice and the post will be pre-populated with the link for you to share. Once you have shared your link, you will be entered into our campaign.

WHAT ARE THE RULES 2

Users who enter the TunesGo Referral Program and share their customized link on social media can begin tracking their referral status to win a prize.
# Entrants who have 5 of their friends download the free trial of TunesGo will receive a 12-month TunesGo license for free.
# Entrants who have 10 of their friends download the free trial TunesGo will receive a lifetime TunesGo license for free.
# The user with the most downloads will also win their choice of an iPhone 6 or Samsung S5.(All email addresses used to download should be valid, and we'll send a verify email to those referrals.)

HOW TO VIEW HOW MANY REFERRALS 3

Users who enter into the TunesGo Referral Campaign can view their referral status once they are logged into the TunesGo Referral Page. This will display how many of your friends and family have used your link to download TunesGo. You can also rollover your name as it appears “logged in”, this will give you an overview of your referral status.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I WON A PRIZE 4

Each winner will be notified by email when they have won a prize.

Note: A verification email will be sent to the referred after April 9. Only real email addresses will be counted.

Terms and Conditions

The Contest is organized by Wondershare Software. ("the Organizer"). (I).By participating in the Contest, all participants and winners agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which will be interpreted by the Organizer, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, modify or change these terms and conditions at any time during the Contest. (II).The Contest is open to residents and citizens of of all countries aged eighteen (18) years and above and excludes the employees and immediate family members of the Organizer, and any other adviser, supplier or third party directly involved in this Contest. (III).The Contest will run from May 5th, 2014 to June 13th, 2014 inclusive. (IV).To be eligible to enter the Contest and stand to win the prize, participant will be required to submit at least one entry by sharing his/her broken phone story. (V).Prizes are not transferable and shall not be exchanged for cash. (VI).All participants and winners indemnify the Organizer, their advertising agencies, advisers, nominated agents and suppliers against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of or from their participation in any way howsoever in this Contest, including, as a result of any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise on the part of the Organizer. (VII).The Organizer may require the winner to complete and submit an information disclosure agreement and indemnification to enable the Organizer to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions. (VIII). Entry Submission(s) constitutes consent to use name, photograph, story, image, video, opinions, biographical information, address (city and state/province) and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. (IX) Wondershare reserves the right to deem any submitted content as inappropriate - any inappropriate content is forbidden and will deleted immediately. Should any participant or winner be found not to have complied with these terms they shall be automatically disqualified.
