Wondershare BFF Contest

PROMOTION PERIOD: The contest begins at 12:01:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on June 8, 2021 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on June 30, 2021.
ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to residents worldwide who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry.
HOW TO ENTER:
1. Entry must be posted on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube video or shorts as an original post (not as a reply, retweet, comment, story, or direct message).
2. Entry must include #WondershareBFF and tag @Wondershare (Don’t forget to follow @Wondershare)
3. Entry must tell the story inspired by “LOL! Remember when…” whether through text, video, image, or other creative interpretations.
4. Entry must be created using one or more Wondershare Products including but not limited to Filmora X, FilmoraGo, Filmstock, or PixStudio. (To ensure valid entry, Wondershare recommends using the BFF effect pack)
Personal information collected from entrant is used only for the purpose of the Giveaway and will not be sold or shared in any manner, Wondershare Technology may use the personal information according to the privacy policy described at https://www.wondershare.com/privacy.html. Use of computer programs and/or other automated devices to enter the giveaway is prohibited.
DRAWING:
A series of draws will be conducted on or about July 9, 2021, to determine the winners of the iPad Pro grand prizes, Nintendo Switches and Fuji Instax Mini11s. There will be one (1) winner for the iPad Pro 256GB grand prize, two (2) winners for the Nintendo Switches and ten (10) winners for the Fuji Instax Mini11 selected based on their posts to Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook. Each eligible individual participant may win up to one (1) contest prize. Odds of winning the prizes depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Wondershare Technology reserves the right to substitute any prize or prizes with a similar prize of equal cash value. Prizes are not transferable.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The first potential winner will be notified by Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or direct message on or around July 9, 2021. Any entrant selected to receive the prize not reached by email within five business days after the draw will have their entry cancelled and a second entrant will be selected. If the second entrant selected is not reached by email within five business days following the second selection, their entry will be cancelled and a third entrant will be reached under the same conditions. In the event the third entrant cannot be reached, prize will not be awarded.
Accept the prize as described in these rules. Prizes cannot be transferred to another individual, substituted for another prize or exchanged in whole or in part for money or any other consideration. Prizes cannot be shared on the Internet for money or any other consideration.
Prior to receiving the prize, the winner will be required to provide valid photo ID and to sign a release form releasing the Wondershare Technology and its related parties from any and all liability in connection with the Contest and/or the prize, confirming compliance with the Contest rules and consenting to the use of his or her name and photograph, without further compensation, in any publicity carried out by the Wondershare Technology and/or its advertising and promotional agencies. The signed form must be received by Wondershare Technology within five days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant. Should the potential winner (or any other alternate potential winner) decide to decline the prize for any reason whatsoever, Wondershare Technology shall have no further obligation to that potential Winner, and an alternate potential winner will be selected, if time permits.
All participants must abide by the Contest Rules and Regulations. Wondershare Technology reserves the right to amend or change the Contest rules and Regulations at any time without prior notice. Any participant in the Contest shall have no legal recourse against Wondershare Technology, its consultants or their respective employees for any such changes, cancellation or termination. By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and by the decisions of Wondershare Technology, which shall be final on all matters relating to this contest. By entering the contest, participants consent to the use of their name and/or photograph for use in promotional material by Wondershare Technology, without payment or compensation other than the prize awarded. By entering this Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Contest Rules and the decisions of Wondershare Technology. Wondershare Technology reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant which it has grounds to believe (a) tampered or attempted to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (b) violated the Contest Rules and Regulations; (c) violated the terms of service, conditions or use and/or general rules or guidelines of Wondershare Technology, or (d) acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
Wondershare Technology is not responsible for participants who are not able to use any of the effects because of the limitations of their computers. Wondershare Technology is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of entries in the contest. Wondershare Technology assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Wondershare Technology is not responsible for any injury or damage to participants or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Contest.
This Rules and Regulations shall be governed by the laws of China. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contest shall be submitted to Shenzhen International Court of arbitration for arbitration with its effective rules and no other court anywhere else.
