HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
- Participants must share their vaporwave video on their own social media platform to enter this contest: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or YouTube.
- Incorporate vaporwave elements, such as audio effects, transitions, visual effects, etc. in your video. Using assets from the Wondershare vaporwave library will be considered a plus.
- Remember to tag @Wondershare and use the hashtag #CreatewithWondershare for your post to be considered eligible.
- Participants can also use any Wondershare video software to create the entry and use hashtags of the product name (e.g. #filmorago) for a bonus chance of winning!
- Winners will be selected by the Wondershare team based on the quality of content and the number of engagement (Likes & Comments) on each post. If a participant submits multiple entries, the post with the best quality and highest social engagement will be considered the final entry to the contest.
RULES OF PARTICIPATION:
The use of Wondershare software, effects, transitions, titles, elements, and templates will receive a bonus chance of winning. Participants' content must be original and without plagiarism. Replies, retweets, and reposts will be excluded from the contest. Wondershare Technology reserves the right to disqualify submissions that have irrelevant themes without context or captions to accompany the entries.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. TO ENTER, YOU MUST BE ABOVE THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR JURISDICTION. IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR JURISDICTION, YOUR PARENT OR GUARDIAN'S PERMISSION IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF ENTERING THIS EVENT.
ELIGIBILITY:
Event is open to residents worldwide who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry.

CONTEST PERIOD:
The event begins at 12:01:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 19, 2022, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on January 15,2023.
HOW WINNERS ARE CHOSEN:
Participants who submit entries (the social media posts) between 12:01:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 19, 2022, to 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on January 15,2023, will have the opportunity to win a prize. Winners will be announced by the Wondershare team on Wondershare social media accounts in the upcoming days afterwards, based on the Wondershare's creative criteria.
PRIZES:
Wondershare will pick entries that are deemed to be high-quality, and the winning entries will:
- Receive a $200 creative fund for their next project
- Be featured on the Wondershare website and social media channels
- Earn an opportunity to work with Wondershare as an ambassador or freelancer
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The winners will be notified by Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or direct message.
If an entrant is selected to receive a prize but cannot be reached via social media within three business days after the draw, their entry will be canceled, and a second entrant will be selected. If the second entrant selected is not reached via social media within three business days following the second selection, their entry will be canceled, and a third entrant will be reached under the same conditions. In the event the third entrant cannot be reached, a prize will not be awarded.
Accept the prize as described in these rules. Prizes cannot be transferred to another individual, substituted for another prize, or exchanged in whole or in part for money or any other consideration. Prizes cannot be shared on the Internet for money or any other consideration.
Prior to receiving the prize, the winner will be required to provide a valid photo ID and to sign a release form releasing Wondershare Technology and its related parties from any and all liability in connection with the event and/or the prize, confirming compliance with the event rules and consenting to the use of his or her name and photograph, without further compensation, in any publicity carried out by the Wondershare Technology and/or its advertising and promotional agencies. The signed form must be received by Wondershare Technology within five days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant. Should the potential winner (or any other alternate potential winner) decide to decline the prize for any reason whatsoever, Wondershare Technology shall have no further obligation to that potential Winner, and an alternate potential winner will be selected, if time permits.
All participants must abide by the event Rules and Regulations. Wondershare Technology reserves the right to amend or change the event rules and Regulations at any time without prior notice. Any participant in the event shall have no legal recourse against Wondershare Technology, its consultants or their respective employees for any such changes, cancellation or termination. By entering the event, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and by the decisions of Wondershare Technology, which shall be final on all matters relating to this event. By entering the event, participants consent to the use of their name and/or photograph for use in promotional material by Wondershare Technology, without payment or compensation other than the prize awarded. By entering this event, participants agree to be bound by these event Rules and the decisions of Wondershare Technology. Wondershare Technology reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant which it has grounds to believe (a) tampered or attempted to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the event; (b) violated the event Rules and Regulations; (c) violated the terms of service, conditions or use and/or general rules or guidelines of Wondershare Technology, or (d) acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
Wondershare Technology is not responsible for participants who are not able to use any of the effects because of the limitations of their computers. Wondershare Technology is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the event or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of entries in the event. Wondershare Technology assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Wondershare Technology is not responsible for any injury or damage to participants or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this event. This Rules and Regulations shall be governed by the laws of China. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this event shall be submitted to Shenzhen International Court of Arbitration for arbitration with its effective rules and no other court anywhere else.
